Help with Tinnie

Hello to all,

I'm hoping that someone can help me with the following tinnie. I was assuming it is some sort of Tag der Wehrmacht, but that may not be correct. I can't seem to find it anywhere in the books by Tieste. Is this piece a WHW? Was it for any special day of celebration or specific to any particular town or region? Any help would be appreciated.
