Guess The Tinnie - Please!

Hi Everybody,

I just wondered if anyone is familiar with the tinnie in this pic? I'm sure I've seen it before, in fact recently, but can I remember where? Of course not! So, any help will be much appreciated. In fact, if anyone does have one like it, please could they post a decent pic.

I have bad enough eyes as it is, let alone a fuzzy enlargement eh.... Thanks to Don for taking the time to go through the Manions 4 volumes - If no-one else responds through the holidays, I'll go through Tieste's 2 volumes for you and see what I can come up with....but I'll bet that one of our guys comes up with an answer before then....

I´m sorry. I take a look into Tiestes 3. release with more than 6.000 tinnies, but this is not inside.

Toby, can we see the whole picture for context? There's always a slim chance that it's something else. Size, position of wear, type of clothing, etc. might be useful.

No need for the bigger image, I think I've got it nailed.Thanks to Christmas hols I had time to go through Tieste's books and found it on page 256 of volume 1 ( pity I started with vol 2 first )Anyway to me it is "Hitlertag Gottingen 21.7.32".Can you show us the picture of the badge in wear ?

Your id makes sense given the period of the photo: also note that he is wearing the Brunswick Rally Badge (1st Pattern I believe).

Also, any chance you can post a scan of the image from Tieste? I'm afraid I don't have this series presently.

Anyway, here's the full image;

Interesting picture Toby, nice to see it at last. However, it's not the 1st pattern Brunswick. See this picture of a 1st pattern (also in wear), much rounder in appearance.

Yes, the badge in your image does look more squat / round. Second pattern it is then.
