I don't want to cause any alarm, so let me start by saying I don't know much about these items and only have a question that I want to learn from!

The second item for sale has a red swastika with a "dimpled" effect under the red enamel. I know some items have that but I thought it looked different than the one shown. I am wondering if someone can show some items with that effect and explain what is good and what is bad "dimpling"?
Again, seller and buyer of this item please do not worry, I am trying to edjucate myself and am not someone who should be looked at to authenticate any items originality!
