    Help with badge ID please

    Hi
Can you please help me to ID this badge and confirm if it is original. Sorry, but my knowledge of German items is nil. This is from a collection of items recently inherited.
    Many thanks
    Andy

      Hello again Andy,

This is what's known as a tinnie, or day badge. They were made to commemorate events such as rallies etc & sold to raise money for the party. This one can be found with a variety of Gau names. Looks like an original to me.

      Cheers
      Don

It says fidelity oath 25.2.1934 Gau Mittelfranken
In such a case, don't hesitate to write down what you can read on the tinnie, maker's mark as well.
