    Amerikadeutsche Volksbund Member's Badge

    Hi Everybody,

I've been waiting to get one of these for ages (quite literally - 6 months and counting!): a member's badge for the American-Germans Association, as made by the firm of Apollo Jewellery, Brooklyn, New York.

Anyway, whilst I hope and pray that the one I found in the States will eventually reach me, I managed to find another, here in good old Blighty. The one presently in the States (or thereabouts) is a stickipin, this one in contrast is a pinback.

If any other forum members have AV badges, please post them. I'd love to see them.

    All the best,
    Toby.

          Mike and Don,

          Glad you both like it.

And Mike, don't mention the British post to me. They already managed to lose one item this week, and that was internal post.

          All the best,
          Toby.

And the back. Same maker, different pin setup. I've seen a few stickpin setups, but never a pinback.

                Hi Walt,

Thanks for posting; that's a nice pin you have there. I hope before too long that I will have a stickpin version also (stuck in the post presently).

                All the best,
                Toby.
