    RLB Wall Plaque

    Hello all,
A question regarding a first pattern RLB insignia on silvered plaque. I believe it is the plaque that would be displayed on doors of members houses etc. Wording on it says Mitglied des Reichluftschutzbundes Landesgr. Berlin. I see one listed on a dealers site and the price is 350.00 dollars. Is this an inordinate amount of money to pay for an item like this or what? I always thought that these sold for around 75 dollars or so. Also what would be a fair price for a bronze version of this item? Is the silver version worth that much more than the bronze and why the difference in color. Higher ranking for silver than bronze? Any info appreciated.
    Thanks

      Very good questions.

Is there a bronze version? Mine is silver with enamaled RLB logo.
Here is one from my collection. I'd like to know what value to place upon this disc.

      Cheers,
      Howard

I have a nice brown painted one for sale, that has the insignia in blue paint...I usually get less than 100 dollars if anybody is interested let me know...they came with the names of many different cities, and I believe they are also highly reproduced, but the repros usually have no finish...350 is way too much in my view, but pay what you like.

I almost bought one last year from a member here, and it was 60.00.

350 is far far out of whack.

I'd really like to find a few more of the enameled one's for my collection!

            But not for $350.00!

            Cheers,
