unidentified badge in collection ???

I've had no luck finding anyone who could help me identify the circled badge. My guess is that it is sports related but thatz just a guess. Any other ideas?

Thought I'd try again with a clearer shot of the mystery badge. Sure would like to get a lead on what this could be. It is one of only two items that I have not been able to identify.
