Some different Tinnies ???

I am not a Tinnie collector but picked these up with some other things.
If anyone can identify them by the sets and possible values I would appreciate it.

The one that is numbered appears to be a tag indicating a tax paid for a dog. I really like the artwork on the Köln tinnie. The first two will probably be the most valuable and are from the same event. Probably about $35-$50 each, depending on the audience. The others probably in the $25-$35 range. No idea what the dog's tax tag would bring.
