    Rider Badge, Origional?

    Greetings,

    I have owned this Rider Badge for about five years. I bought it from Wietze so it has a lifetime original guarantee, but I have learned of other badges in my collection purchased in Germany, which have turned out to be reproductions. How does this one look?
    Any ideas on maker?

        Thank you Rick, I'd like to move this here for further comment.

        I never noticed, that the front and back are not exactly the same color. It was sold to me as:
        Deutsches Reiterabzeichen, 3 Stufe
        Which would be the bronze grade, 3rd class.The front has a slight shine, like a thin layer of wax. It is quite apparent in this picture. It might bring out the goldish tone in the photograph. It looks less gold in person, but the back is darker and has no shine.
        Any thoughts?
