NSDAP Party Badge - genuine or not?

I have not bought this - yet. I don't feel right not asking you all your more versed opinions when it comes to these.

Thoughts on this one? The pics were rather dark so I did brighten them up a little. If real it looks like a decent example. I'd be curious what anyone thinks I should pay for it, and of course if it's genuine.

Looks good to me. Is that some staining or damage to the 11 o'clock position on the obverse? I would pay $35-$50 for this.

That "staining" is where the picture was dark so I brightened it up with a dodging tool in photoshop - sometimes this can over effect darker areas of the image. I'll have to look at it in person and see what's going on there.

Thanks for the help CWP. Went to the auction tonight for this, and snagged it at $50. There's no damage, I'll post some better shots. Very good shape.
