I would be really surprised if this badge came from the workshop of Apreck u. Vrage with this hardware.
Not to be a 'picture nazi' but how can anyone expect to sell anything based on those terrible pics even if it was a real badge?

    cheers

    Matt

Welcome back Wim. Any one contact the seller or a MOD to post this thread?

Yeah I don't like the pin set up either, and the enamel looks off to. The enamel looks like it could be bumpy and not smooth.

        Cheers

You cannot blame him for trying, if you think about the amount of fake rubbish for sale on the eStand here recently (and actually always), it is certainly worth a "try" to turn a quick penny. But correct to post the warning.. hopefully things like this will "Diminish" in the future

It would be nice if you could concentrate on the message rather than the method of its delivery.
Few of us raised questions about the badge you were selling here, instead of trying to make it our problem and how you'd like to have us address it, perhaps it would be wise to post it here for a discussion prior to selling if you're unsure of what it is you're trying to unload.
However, it usually takes reasonable pics of the product- something that is lacking here and in your sales ad.

                cheers

No one is bashing you, or do we think your a criminal. We are just pointing out that its not a good badge. I have been where you are in the past and I know how it can feel with not knowing your badge is bad and trying to sell it.

Just please try and stay positive through all of this and take the good from it and not the bad. Every one needs to know about these badges so you or any one else doesn't get burned with bad badges.

                  Cheers

Totally missed the 2nd one you posted Phil. Could you take better pictures to post on this thread. It looks good, but I would like to see better pictures to make sure it is a good one.

                    Cheers

The first badge you posted were produced here in England in the lated 1960's - - they quickly disappeared from the scene following exposure as fakes but thay are now beginning to show up again along with HJ, DE 1933, AH1933 etc etc - - nice age patina on them after all these years in hiding too - - please be careful.
