So how does the enamel Party Badges look? Are they just photo's you have collected over time or have you found them on line?

How are the markings different? The RZM and the M1/103 not in the same place as the DJ shooter? What about the font in the markings? Wouldn't a manufacturer use the same striking plate, etc for their markings and just re-organize them over time?

    Cheers

      Hi Brian,

I collected some pictures on the net the last couple of days in an attempt to compare and see some light on the end of the tunnel.

The placing of the mm is different but that means no much IMO. I mean, if you see how often the reverse die of one and the same Party Badge manufacturer can differ.

Untill know I have only find out the following information about the DJ shooting award (note that it is still not complete):

-M1/123 is completely fake (It's just a mark like M1/129 used by forgers)
-M1/66 is completely fake (Fritz lost his RZM licence before the DJ shooting badge was introduced)
-M1/128 is heavy faked but originals do exist.
-M1/77 is good and I'm not aware of fakes with this mm.

Still things to find out of M1/52, M1/63 and M/103

      Regards, Wim

So is the badge good or bad? I am confused now..............

I probably mixed up the facts about the M1/103 badge with some other thing in Jo´s box....

Wim is better then I am, hell I thought the M1 / 103 each of us have is good, not giving up hope just yet. What page did you find that info on in the Party Badge Book?

The info that Wim has found thus far doesn't prove good or bad for our badges. Jo how ever is reluctant to comment, in which I totally understand where he is coming from. Got an email from Jo this morning.

            Cheers

Brian I was unclear in my post, I was thinking one thing and Writing Another.

I think I got it all wrong or mixed up about any info on the M1/103 from Jo´s book. I was looking through several sources at once and got it mixed up.

Forget anything I said about M1/103

When Reading this thread once again, I know realize that I mixed the M1/103 with the M1/123. The M1/123 is a complete fake...............

So let´s see if we can find out more about M1/103.
