    Hell Hitler / Party Badge

Ok I have been collecting party badges for about 8 years now. All of the Heil Hitler badges I have seen are usually the coffin pin plate fakes.

This one how ever, is a little confusing to me. The pin plate looks correct, but it also contains a later M1 RZM code along with the Ges. Gesch. (which when both are present, usually means FAKE). I found this badge on a reputable dealers website and never known them to be pushing fakes. I would expect this sort of badge on Snyders Treasures, but not this well known dealers site.

Whats every ones opinions? Going on what I know after 8 years of collecting, I am saying this is a fake. But I have been wrong from time to time and others opinions are needed. I also haven't found this badge in the Party Badge Book (by Jo Rivett) that just arrived today in the mail.

    Thanks all in advance.

    Cheers
    Brian

It is on page 81. Not this exact badge of course, it`s a lousy fake - a genuine one, is on page 81.
The Weitze website regularly lists fake and fantasy small badges. That`s all she said

Oh I will enjoy the book. TONS of info for me to learn. Very happy I spent the money and got a copy.

I figured the badge was a fake, just wanted to double check with the forum to make sure.

        Cheers
        Brian

It has to hit paper first. I only have a title as of yet... "How to make friends and influence people."

          Thx for the LOB
