I've already seen it somewhere. It has to do with Saxony, maybe something like a Saxon DLV Day badge.

the cap insignia i am sure is F.A.D. a fore runner of the R.A.D. ! as for the badge no idea ?? must be quite an early piece ? More reserch needed

Gilles nailed the ID on the Day Badge it is an Air sport donation badge for the Flying day of the Deutscher Lufsportverband held in Saxony 1933.
