Hi Roenk, it is certainly a fake. Look at the very poor quaility of the casting? It appears to be a banner top.

Here's a scan from the book Flags and Banners of the Third Reich by A.S. Walker
That shows this to be an Political leaders banner top not SA.

Its junk the originals are silver plated brass and are very well cast items
