Possibly a POSTWAR version of a "factory workers" lapel pin.....however the OVAL backer plate and obvious "Golden Party Pin" wreath are NOT WHAT I'd expect for a postwar "Company Pin".... and something that WOULD NOT have been allowed (without permission) durning the 3rd Reich (using the GPB wreath).

If it is thier postwar "honor badge"....I'd certianly suspect the company's management/owners political leanings "might" be a little questionable?

IMO probably a "fantasy" creation using the "GPB"-frame as an obvious "fish hook" to "lure" collectors.... and a valid center disc to add to the confusion.

Wouldn't "trash it" however.... just wouldn't consider it 3rd Reich.
The frame/wreath doesn't appear to be original but the reverse and oval backer certianly are "not pre-45".

There was a gilt oak leaf wreath on many association pins and badges. It took nothing from the GPB.

I would think this is an employee honor pin for either exemplary service or long service.
