    Anyone know what this is?

    I picked this up today for 20 bucks. Looked to be in really good shape, but I've looked everywhere on the net using the words and describing it, and I'm finding nothing. Looks like it refers to a Regiment, and obviously some sort of 40 yr anniversary - but anyone know for sure?

    Regimental anniversary or old comrades meeting "tinnie"
    The 163rd was formed in 1897. 1st and 2nd Bns. in Neumunster.
