    I am closing the estate of a friend. He was a collector of Third Reich memorable.     Hello gfkgdk, welcome to the forum. Are you looking for confirmation of authenticity, estimation of value or are you trying to sell this badge? If the latter, you will need to have an association membership ($25 for a year) and can list the badge on the estand. If the former, I'm sure someone will be able to assist who has more experience than I on these badges.
