OK.....I give up. I have searched and searched the web and etc. and the only thing that comes up is for the Professional Rodeo Assn. If that is it, I cannot figure how it got to Germany for me to get in a box of tinnes at the Frankfurt flea market.

Like I said, I give up.......what is the Prca?

It is listed in the tinnie book, but as unknown. I assume a cavalry Rgt. reunion. Although that's a mighty big rowel. Or were there cowboy reinactors in Germany at this time?
