1929 Nuremberg Rally Badge - opinions please

Just snagged this - opinions please gentlemen!

Obviously the pin has been replaced (period) but for £120.00 beggars can't be choosers when it comes to a badge as hard to find as this! The front seems to have some paint which should be removeable hopefully.

    Original

Original examples have dried up as of late and prices have gone up on this important and yet under appreciated honor award.

Like we have seen with other important awards , the original owner was intent on wanting to keep wearing his badge with this homemade replaced safety pin attachment.

Very nice. All honour RPT badges have seen prices going up of late. Nice piece.

I also agree! Congrats, and at that price, you're a lucky man!

Picture is tricky at best, its bronze now.

Many thanks Gents - I'm not too bothered about it being silver/bronze I'm just glad to find one. When I get it in my hands I may be able to tell the proper colour.
