          This is not a Godet produced piece, but it's not that poorly made. Too bad the ring is missing, possible markings would have helped. Have you checked the bottom arms for any markings?

              It's not an original Godet piece, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that it's a Tillander produced piece. Unfortunately I haven't seen any of those, hence I don't have anything to compare with.
