Very nice, Ron, and a tinnie design I am not familiar with. The central motif of this piece is the eagle and swastika which, to me, closely resembles the NSKK eagle concept, though without the banner declaring "NSKK." I have really not thought much about the transition between the original circular design of the HJ logo and it's far more widely used successor, the diamond-shaped design; likewise, I haven't given much thought to the development of the central NSKK logo which emerged by the mid-1930s, following their autonomy from the SA. Perhaps what we are seeing here in this one event badge is an example of the evolution of the designs of both the HJ and the NSKK when, by the time this badge was produced in 1934, both organizations were well along on their way toward developing their own unique logos which would remain in place until mid-1945?

Quick correction: this badge was produced in 1933, not 1934, but perhaps the same evolution of designs was at work even at that earlier time?

This tinnie was for the large HJ rally in 1933 in Munich. The eagle to me has an interesting Art Deco look to it.
