    That you can tell me the officer appearing to the right of this picture?

    Do you think his uniform German?

    It seems the typical uniform of a German administrative or is foreign?

    as you can see, a Grand Cross of the german Eagle Order in the uniform... would be interesting to see that most Germans received this award apart from von Neurath, von Ribbentrop, Wilhem Fritz and Emil Kirdorf

    Hello Mariscal, For me the one on the right seems to be Sano Macha, slovaquian Interior Minister.
