Post your 1934 Reichs Parteitag badges

I havent found much information about these '34 badges, perhaps the most famous rally because of the movie and the abscence of certain SA members. Would like to know of other makers or any variations. Photos of the badge in wear would be a bonus!
Here is my Deschler to start off with.

Here's mine alongside its bigger brother. I have not taken it out of the frame in a while but if memory serves it is Deschler.

        cheers

I like that idea. Do you have a larger photo showing the entire picture and frame?

RPTs are on the top row (mostly). Having two small kids "behind the glass" display was necessary- they like to handle those things even more than I do.
Clean and out of their reach.

            cheers

That is a fantastic display. Are the badges attached by their pins?

The pins are displayed flat against the glass. Since the backing of the frames is essentially a hard cardboard, I used Dremel tool to cut out to accommodate for the their bulging hardware. Pin backs are kept in place by mostly glass and the void in the backing that holds the hardware while the non portables are held by small hooks (visible in the first pic) made out of regular staples. Holes are drilled in the cardboard backing and they are bent and taped to stay put.
Hey, it goes with the decor!

                cheers
                Matt

                P.S.
Sorry about the angles- straight shot produces a big glare from the sun at the present.

Thanks for a great idea. The photos really add an interesting dimension to the badges for the collector and especially for the non collector.

Thanks for your kind words. The frames seem to work with 'thicker' pieces like pilot badges and such.
Now I should probably stop hijacking this thread. Sorry CB

Matthew, those are great and impressive displays!

I looked up my 1934, but only have a group shot on the pc. It is however marked with C. Balmberger Nürnberg.

Let's see how many different 1934's exist!

                            best regards,
                            Gaston
