Stenographerverband pin- which period ?

Came across this handsome little guy but was wondering if anyone knows the period those were given out/awarded? Advertised as 3 Reich (of course).
Any comments on originality are welcomed as well. Something I have never seen before.

I'd say it's real, but NOT 3rd Reich!..... "modern" (postwar) IMO. Might be worth "collecting"....but value should reflect it true collector interest...(low).
