I was wondering if there are documents that were given with the Blood Order and German Order. Let me know if you have a link to an image of it about the size of a regular piece of printer paper. I print them out and put them in a notebook which I make out a history of each thing I have and I print out the document to put it with the other info on my items. Please let me know. Thanks.
