Large GPB #41508

A friend asked me to post a query - he just bought a large GPB at The MAX Show numbered 41508. He is pursuing research through the usual channel(s) but wished to ask if anyone might know, in the near term, the identity of the recipient.

Hi Mike,

According to my list, NSDAP Membership Number 41508 was held by Paul Hoffmann, who was a Member of the Reichstag and a Hauptbereichsleiter -- probably on the Kreis level. Your friend did very well if he found a large GPB bearing this number; it would have been regularly worn on Herr Hoffmann's PL tunic.
