Definitely Imperial.

This is a Stahlhelmbund tinnie commemmorating the 12th annual rally (ReichsFrontSoldatenTag, note the letters in caps are used for the acronym) held in Breslau in 1931. Nice tinnie, hard to judge its worth but it wouldn't be considered uncommon. Probably about $35 -$45 but less if you shop around.

Hello John, the Badge is for The Stahlhelm Bund der Frontsoldaten (Steel Helmet, League of Frontline Soldiers) It is one of two variants that exist for the year 1931. The other been in the form of an Eagle. I have the other variant hence I will locate my Badge and post it here Tomorrow. If one is fortunate one can come across an example for approx £50
