Are they real and what are they .... ?

Nice looking piece but I can't comment on the authenticity. These sort of badges would be for various organized driving tours. Yours says "Ziel-Fahrt zum Rhein" so that would be a driving tour to the Rhein from Duesseldorf (Ziel means target or destination in this case) I have an NSKK one from Breslau that is not in great shape. In this case "Stern-Fahrt" (star drive) would lead me to believe it was for a night time driving tour. The holes would be used to attach to cars (or motorcycle I assume). I suppose you could maybe sew it to a jacket as well.
