    Certainly a seldom encountered Badge and without a doubt you have there an original Badge. If you have examined your Badge using an Eye Loupe, no doubt you will have already observed a very desirable textured finish to the Badge. Almost the same effect that fine Sandtex masonary paint has when applied.

    Below I have posted two examples which are by different Makers (The one to the right been a very scarce zinc example)

        For reference you may be interested to know that the Badge is featured in the Book Nazi Para-Miltary Organizations and their Badges, and for it's time (published 1981) was and still is an excellent Reference (The Book was Written by Ray Cowdery). Below I have scanned a Picture which feautures your Badge (taken from page 21 of the Book)
