I posted this pin a few years ago, but still have not been able to identify it. Perhaps letters are "HJ" (but I am not sure). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One of these, with an extra border, has been offered for sale at MILI123 since 2010 now, with no takers, advertised as HJ-Marine..
Doubtful that it has anything to do with the Third Reich imho.
