Yes I have to agree with you here Erich... to have over 100 SA day badges in one's personal collection is a great achievement, and so I have to take my hat off to you Martin .

Hello Erich, your Acknowledgement is appreciated, thank you. However I am still digging out more Badges when the time comes when I can't find any more SA Badges I hope to start a new thread on HJ Rally Badges.
            Regards Martin

Fräulein or should I use your full Title Fräulein Fraubella "Fraubie" Smudgerella ................... or as Toby refers to you " The tinnie Huntress"
As you do not even wear a hat ..........you will have to take something else off instead

OMG Martin! .. do you really want me to frighten all our fellow members off this site!... ... coz I certainly would if I took something else off... .
Besides, that is 'for your eyes only' ( nicking a bit of James Bond there so I hope that I don't get sued for copyrights) and no one elses...

                    # 103 SA Thuringen NSDAP Kreistag 25.26.38 - 1938

From my perspective technically not an SA Badge, non the less a District meeting Badge of the SA & NSDAP. During a previous discussion, Reinhard informed me that there are at least 4 different Date versions of this particular Badge. However I have only ever encountered the Badge for the Meeting 25.26.6.38. As can be seen all 3 versions I have posted are for the same Date, however the examples shown below are not identical as they are produced by different Manufacturers.

Below are the diffent Dates for the meeting

                    18.19.6.38
                    25.26.6.38
                    30.31.7.38
                    27.28.8.38

and I have noticed that each different manufacturer has used a different crimping tool to attach each pin Martin.

Albeit the pins are all of the same stainless metal ....... although best not to mention pins as "Joe Bananas" may be lurking in the shadows

Same Badge as above but taken with flash off the Badge shows original patina is still intact (never clean Badges what ever you do)
