It looks like a copy of a really common badge that has been reproduced as a pendant.

Agree, looks like they cast made from an original pin back.
Looks soft too, is it made of a lead base?

Im not sure what its made from, but it looked like a cheap copy to me.

A friend of mine got a bunch of medals, tinnie's ect.. and most of them looked like junk, but he was curious as to what this one represented.
