Can you please point me to where this was "Talked about" on the forum and "found good"? Because if you are specifically referring to this thread, then what has been posted so far here, is NOT a discussion, or a talk... it is simply 2 replies from 2 collectors, one telling you that he is weary, the other giving you nothing more than a thumbs up?

Maybe i have missed the original thread where this was "talked about"?

The HJ Diamond looks eerily similar to ones found on the Reproduced/Fantasy HJ Ski Badges and assorted ilk produced most likely in the Seventies.

The badge is a fake, however your statement about the diamond looking eerily similar to one found on the reproduced / fantasy HJ Ski Badges etc. of the 70's, isn't correct at all; the diamonds on those repros ( I have the fake HJ Ski Badge & the fake Hochland Lager Badge right here in front of me, ) doesn't look anything at all like the one on the posted fake. Not only is the size smaller on the 70's jobbies, but the pebbling in the red is totally different, & the swastikas are not as 'fat'.

Many thanks Wim. What a shame that the seller has not addressed the obvious problems with the badge and has not linked to this thread from the sales thread. I think that would have been helpful to any prospective buyers.
