This one is a sister badge to the one Ron posted (post 31) pinned into a females RAD-pass, a young lady lived in the surrounding area of Munich, during the war came and did a 6 month stint in the city, working in the public services - in her case the telephone exchanges, others worked on the trams, hospitals, etc, after a active 6 months they were presented with this badge and returned home. Quite a large badge.
