NS-Volkswohlfahrt (Nazi Folks Welfare): general social welfare org. of the NSDAP. Donation pin.
A very unusual badge as it's made from metal and very labor intensive fine hand crochet work which is affixed to the metal portion of this badge. The red felt backing on my badge was there when I purchased it as IM not sure if it was done by the original owner or added later but it helps the crochet work stand out so I left it there.

I have one just like yours that I picked up last summer in Germany. Mine does not have the red felt behind it. Had not seen another before. Mike

I have the same item. What would it be worth?

I would think somewhere between $30 & $40 USD depending on condition
