    Name that enamel

    Any clues on this one?

Not in my books, but perhaps I've overlooked it. I'm guessing unbekannt.

    Thanks!

SWA might have to do with Südwest-Afrika, so southwest Africa (todays Namibia). That's how it looks to me.
SB could stand for Sängerbund or Schwarzburgbund.
    This is only a guess!

What is the name for the maker at the reverse?

          Pete,

I checked out SIBA fuses. Their history conveniently begins in 1946, so that leads me to belive that they were making fuses for Germany during the war.. Very possible. Maybe the SB is 'Sicherungen B.....' for fuses?

Thanks.. that could very well be it!

It is indeed confusing. What you think is IB is in fact a capital Gothic "W".
This pattern of "W" was also in use with the early pattern (1933) HJ triangle for the arm and one can see this with for example "West Pfalz-Saar" and "West Wesfalen"'. The right part of the "W" looks indeed as a "B"!
I can't post photographs otherwise I would show this......
