HJ Festival Badges Questions

I have some HJ festival badges in collection, but I don't have a exact idea what they means.







My questions are:

- Are they sports awards, participation badges or some kind of sold tinnies?

- I have saw anothers designs differents from thats I have. I'd like to know what is it's correct year sequence designs, please.

Yes, those are all HJ sports badges. These were awarded through the year 1943 for participants.
