It's an early tinney.....says on it what it is and the dates.....the emblem is not a swastika in the "NSDAP" sense....I believe this was a Patriotic Sports Organization on the idear of the "Turnverein"....possibly with a religious-bend,
possibly rightwing.....but not directly "early NSDAP" related.

I think this emblem was later used on some early NSDAP related items, too....but it origins predate the NSDAP & Hitler....

There was also a booklet published during the "17. Gauturnfest Aupa-Elbe-Turngau"

        http://books.google.de/books?id=rkRQ...ed=0CC8Q6AEwAA

The Aupa - Elbe area is located in Bohemia county (Riesengebirge) and Hohenelbe today named Vrchlabi / Czech Republic was the place/town where the Turnfest took place.

Thanks to the 3 members for sharing your knowledge with me... Interesting about the 4 "F" making up the symbol i thought it was a double swastika ..
