Interesting Silver Swastika Pendant

This is a recent woodwork item. I'm not sure what it was for. Can anybody ID the crest? A jeweler said the stones are synthetic and old.

What's the size? Appears to be a decorative swaz like those used on the schellenbaums and glockenspielen to which has been added a newer decorative eagle. Perhaps for a biker necklace. The eagle was not added to the swaz in a professional manner, IMO.

Hi Joe,

It's 1 7/8" X 1 7/8" . The loop that holds the chain is part of the original stamping, it was not added later. I'm sure it was produced to be a necklace or pendant. The question is, when. The eagle is silver plated brass. Possible city or town award?
