Chris, as you may already know, this is an Orts level tab for a Gemeinschaftsleiter. This was a relatively high rank in the Orts level with only 4 ranks being higher. The tab looks good to me. The stitching appears correct as well as the devices. I'm really not too good at assessing a value but this piece looks pretty worn. I would imagine it should not be over $100 absolute max and more like about $70 to $80.
