    DJ sieg rune

Curious about this sieg rune, I can't make out the word underneath the rune.
    Any ideas?

    Thanks

It says 'Sieg'. It was part of a 6 rune set that was sold by the DJH. You will find them in both glass as well as Plastic.

Let me know if you want the rest...I am sure that I have them here somewhere!

ps...these are covered in the DJH section of our new book!

Thank you for the informative response Chrys. This one must be glass because of the decent amount of weight it has to it. If you have the rest of the set, send me a PM and maybe we can work out a deal

Here is a period made card which indicates on the reverse that they are from the campaign of June 9, 1940.......

              Very Nice

              Cool set!

Really like these; managed to get the Sieg rune, know a guy who has one or two more, so may try to acquire the set.

                Dear Ron,

Are some of your badges made of plastic instead of glass? I've had the series a few times in glass but think i have only one plastic badge (maybe should call it hanger) somewhere and wondered if the series was also made of plastic as a variation?

                best regards,
                Gaston

                    Gaston,

Actually most of those on this card are made of plastic (circled).

                    Best regards.

                      Hi Ron,

Thanks. Yes i was expecting that, very interesting. Most of these i run into are made of glass. I wonder how rare the plastic ones are compared to the glass ones? Maybe any of the WHW experts can tell?

                      best regards,
                      Gaston

They are not all that rare...you just have to be looking in the right place. We usually charge a few bucks more than the glass ones when we have them.
