I forgot to mention it is a small one it is a hair smaller than a US Penney. I do not have any good measuring device!

In my opinion, an original miniature (17 mm) party members badge by St. u L.

Attached is an image of one that I hold. Same size and obverse design, however with different reverse details, albeit still St. u L.
