it is a badge for a winter sport event (Abfahrtslauf = downhill race) in 1937.

DTJ = Delnickä telocvicnä jednota = Arbeiterturnvereinigung der tschechoslowakischen Minderheit

It was a Czechoslovakian sports organization in Austria.
