DRL/NSRL contributor/supporter badge - good?

I bought this recently and noticed that in thre Huesken catalogue the eagle is pictured as being silver.

Is this a good badge?

Looks OK from the image. Is it domed?

I'll attach a scan of my silver one, you can see from the reflected light on it that the badge is domed. The eagle on mine is attached by a rivet....

Thanks Don - the badge is certainly flat on the reverse with a slight "dome" on the front. Guess that does not bode well?

I would not write it off just yet, it could just be a variant, maybe a different grade....
