Thanks to someone on this forum, I just found it in the Heering-Huesken catalogue under number 8737f - Deutsches Radsport-Jugend-Abzeichen.

Does anyone have this badge in real life?

Here's a pic of two that were the version 2 with swastika. Prior to this the circle had spokes as in the spokes of a bicycle without the superimposed swastika.
