Here is a non dated SA sporting festival badge for SA Standarte 143 whom I think were part of SA Gruppe Westfalen (Dortmund).
It would appear to be an SA sporting festival badge which celebrated the inauguration of the Recklinghausen sports stadium.
A slightly fanciful and theatrical design, although it is interesting that the badge is not dated.
