Hello Sammy, a 10th Anniversary of the Weimar Party Day Badge there are Two Makers of this particular Abzeichen, H.Wernstein, the other Manufacturer that is more commonly encountered is G.Danner of Mühlhausen, Thüringen. Original examples been die struck Tombac usually found with a Bronze finish (Silver examples do exist but are much scarcer to find) regardingn your other question is it scarce, well a scale from 1 to 10 I would place this Badge at 7.
Below are 2 of my examples by the same maker as yours for you to compare.
      Regards Martin

By the way..........please excuse the heavily soiled Patina personally I never clean tinnies, however for those that can't resist cleaning them I would recomend only using an ear bud and olive oil as this will remove the dirt but leave the patina intact

Thanks for sharing your info and pieces Martin. I'll have to compare and see if the one I have is a keeper. Thanks.
