    SA Gruppe Hochland 1939 Tinnie

Was out hunting this week about 4 hrs away from home and this is one of the items picked up. I take it they are not very rare? When was the Wettkampfe held? Looks like a nice tinnie to me.

    tinnie

This tinnie is fairly rare and quite sought after by SA tinnie and regular tinnie collectors alike. Nice find even in a slightly rough condition

        Dear Terry

I totally agree with the assessment that Chris has made in relation to your SA event badge. Hardly ever see this one for sale now and a highly collectible badge due to the strong design, the quality of the strike and the overall size.

Perhaps your badge has the same reverse markings as the one that I have attached?

        Regards,

        David

Congratz to the both of you for such a great tinnie, and showing two states of preservation.seems rare to see a tinnie of such great quality at such a late date. has all the bells and whistles.the makersname is even artistically done.

Got one with the same markings that David showed earlier but in less immaculate condition. Cheers, Torsten.
