Hey Gary,
Like Bob has already said it is from the Winterhilfswerk's National Street Collection drive that was held on the 4th & 5th of November 1939. There are 8 total pieces in the series. There are also variants that are hollow backed...these are harder to find than the solid back ones like yours.
We sell these on our website for $3.00 each.
